scheme of work is proposed:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Task 1.<\/strong>  Identify the main ocean-meteorological variables to characterize coastal hydrodynamics.<\/li><li><strong>Task 2.<\/strong>  Research and develop hybrid downscaling techniques for simulation and historical reconstruction (hindcast) of coastal currents.<\/li><li><strong>Task 3.<\/strong>  Investigate the application of classification and machine learning techniques to optimize oil spill hazard analysis on the coast.<\/li><li><strong>Task 4<\/strong>.
